Jeanne Gallagher

Office Manager and Media Cooridnator

Jeanne is an artist, writer and videographer. Her artwork has been represented by Paia Bay Gallery and the former Cafe del Sol in Makawao on the island of Maui and can presently be seen in a new artist's upcountry retreat on the island.
She has many hours of helicopter photo shoots, including capturing "Jaws,"one of the most dangerous of all surfing/windsurfing spots in the world located at Peahi, Maui. She has filmed the Hot Sails Windsurfing Team, both from the air and the beach; Haleakala/Hana rainforests; Lao Valley; and the sheer 4,000 foot seacliffs and waterfall canyons of Molokai. In 2005, she co-produced a short inspirational film, "Haleakala Sunrise," which is currently in the Akaku Community Television Schedule on Maui.
At present she is co-writing a feature film, "Chasing the Wind," and has just finished screen adaptation of her short story, "Little Chief, Big Chief." She is a member of Film Independent and is active in the American Cetacean Society California Gray Whale Census at Point Vicente, California and formerly a regular volunteer at the Marine Mammal Care Center at Fort McArthur, San Pedro, California.
