This summer, we celebrated a full first year of our new program, Wayfinder Society for Environmental Education! Since it launched in May 2023, students and educators from 112 countries were empowered by our diverse ecosystem of support including classroom toolkits, lesson plans, mini-grants, action guides, and more.
Although we weren’t physically together, this past year reminded us of our deep interconnectedness through our shared passion for addressing plastic pollution. This issue affects us all differently depending on where we live, yet we also see striking similarities in the challenges we face globally and the unified vision driving our mission to create a world where plastic pollution is unthinkable.
Our Education team, Anika and Trina, created an End of School Year Report that beautifully encapsulates the incredible Wayfinder Society community and the engaging ways we serve students and educators worldwide. Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way and we cannot wait to see what next school year brings!
